At the very start of December, nestled in the charm of Luxembourg's cobblestone streets, our Batch 4 of the CASSINI Business Accelerator programme gathered for a much-awaited Batch Meetup.
During these two days, all Batch 4 participants had the chance to meet each other and their lead coaches face-to-face. The companies also stepped into the spotlight, as they introduced themselves to clients and shared their visions with enthusiasm. Last but not least, the event was an ideal opportunity to meet the entire CASSINI Business Accelerator team, adding warmth and connection to the innovation-driven atmosphere.
We kicked off the Batch Meetup with a plenary session, where the Batch 4 startups explored the fundamentals of the CASSINI Business Accelerator. The interactive sales pitch encouraged all participants to get out of their comfort zones and share feedback, ensuring everyone left with actionable insights to enhance their sales skillset.
On Day 2, Lead Coach meetings offered personalized guidance and mentorship, helping the cohort set clear goals and strategies for the duration of the programme and beyond.
The Investments Workshop focused on key metrics and investment criteria, delving into the intricacies of investment strategies and best practices. The session was followed by a Mastermind Exercise, a collaborative and interactive activity where companies shared experiences, challenges, and solutions. Startups had the opportunity to learn from others, gain new perspectives, and develop solutions to common problems.
We concluded the event with an in-depth discussion and reflection on the two days’ activities, summarizing key takeaways, providing final thoughts, and outlining the next steps in the programme. Both days also offered plenty of chances to connect with fellow attendees in a more relaxed setting, where all participants shared stories, discussed ideas, and formed new connections.
Overall, the Batch Meetup was a comprehensive experience and yet another programme’s effort aimed at fostering growth, learning, and creating meaningful connections - a perfect way to close out the year and set the stage for what’s next!
