Join the Hackathon in Berlin & Senftenberg!
Are you ready to develop solutions to shape the future of health? The 9th CASSINI Hackathon provides training, mentoring, and inspiration to power your next project. Could you be part of Germany’s next space tech start-up? Big ideas start here…
Join this event to hear from national experts in health and space technology. Watch our online training sessions and learn to use the data from Copernicus, EGNOS and Galileo. Bring or join a team, and develop a solution for one of three challenges:
- Monitoring disease outbreaks and health risks
- Enhancing smart emergency healthcare delivery
- Supporting mental health and well-being
Germany is a world leader in aerospace investment, with a sector worth €3 billion. Its Space Strategy for 2030 reveals a commitment to continued investment – including the use of satellite data for environmental monitoring.
Regional health-related challenges include an ageing population, rural rescue operations, and lack of digital infrastructure. At this edition of the Hackathon, we hope to discover innovative solutions to some of these challenges!
For valuable insights from local experts and connections with peers, stakeholders and investors, join us between 16-18th May 2025.
